What I do well
I build clarity where there is ambiguity. I map reality, tighten process, clarify ownership, improve communication, and make performance more visible. My value has never come from volume of motion. It has come from seeing what is breaking, why it is breaking, and what needs to be built so the work can move.
My career has developed across education businesses, financial services, revenue organizations, and operator-heavy environments where execution matters. I have worked as Chief of Staff, Integrator, Director of Operations, Sales Operations Director, Publishing Partner, and in adjacent roles where the real work sat between departments rather than neatly inside one of them.
I am at my best inside environments that need systems, operating cadence, process architecture, project leadership, clean communication, and accountability. I push toward visible structure: owners, priorities, due dates, records, task clarity, and operating rhythm.
I have spent over 10 years working cross-functionally deploying, building, improving, and operationalizing projects and systems. The 19 projects listed on my resume were a resume constraint, not the totality of my work.
